Dave is a Senior Account Executive
with The Robinson Group. His responsibility is to develop
new clients and business relationships and ensure the effectively
delivery of quality people (permanent hire and staff augmentation)
to existing clients. Dave is a big believer in developing
quality partnerships with client companies and in evolving
strong relationships over time based on trust and performance.
Dave supports The Robinson Group by effective communications
to clearly understand client culture and environment and
expectations for the new hire, not just job requirements.
He also has the background and experience to "consult" with
clients on how to better define the job requirements and the recruiting process.
Dave is also an advocate of metrics and measurements to understand performance,
both by The Robinson Group and the client.
Dave is a long time Sales Professional and has also had an active role in recruiting
for IT, Finance and Sales since he has been in the Search Industry for 20 years.
He holds an MBA in Marketing from Drexel University and a BS in Economics from
Ursinus College. Additionally, he is an active member of The Society for
On a more personal level, Dave is an avid golfer (firm believer in customer/prospect
golf), reads fast-paced novels for enjoyment and business philosophy/process
improvement material for growth, enjoys Philadelphia sports, theater, music and
movies, dining in small ethnic restaurants in and around the City.
And did we mention travel. Lest we forget to mention it, Dave does find time
to be a top performer at The Robinson Group.
