James Oliver is the Vice President and Managing Principal of the Robinson Group, a firm dedicated to providing permanent employees, contracting resources and retained search through a targeted process, creating an elevated hiring experience.

Mr. Oliver has helped the Robinson Group develop a global reach, enabling the firm to deliver talent to premier organizations and build industry leading teams, independent of geographic location, while also managing and training Robinson Group’s recruiting team.

After graduating from St. Joseph’s University, he joined the firm in 1995. Instrumental in the firm’s growth, he is a believer in building relationships and maintaining a strong personal connection with leading companies and stand-out candidates across a wide span of industries.

Mr. Oliver believes that by placing candidates within companies that are a perfect fit for both, the Robinson Group is achieving its core mission. Allowing clients and candidates to fulfill their full potential is accomplished through the Robinson Group’s vetted and data driven process.
